Baked Mashed Potato













1 C potato pearls
2 C hot water
1 egg
Herbed Cream cheese (such as ½ package Allouette), optional

Mix the ingredient. Put spoonful of dollops on a baking sheet. Bake at 450F for 15 minutes or until golden on top.
